Lead Business Analyst - HL7

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Cache Developer to support and enhance an Antrim-based Laboratory Information System (LIS) and Billing System using InterSystems Cache/IRIS technology. The role focuses on application upgrades, modernization, and full SDLC delivery in a collaborative environment.

Must-Have Skills

• InterSystems Cache / IRIS

• MUMPS / DSM

• Angular, JavaScript

• Cache ObjectScript

• SQL

• Web technologies (CSP, JavaScript, CSS)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and upgrade Antrim LIS and billing applications

• Analyze existing code and design solutions for platform upgrades

• Participate in full SDLC (design, development, testing, deployment)

• Work closely with project managers, business analysts, QA, and stakeholders

• Develop and execute unit, integration, and UAT test plans

• Prepare operational documentation and support production readiness

• Contribute to architectural improvements and technical efficiencies

• Provide accurate estimates, risk assessments, and status updates

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• 8+ years of experience with InterSystems Cache

• Strong expertise in Cache & IRIS platforms

• Experience with Antrim LAB and FIN systems

• HL7, ICD-10

• XML/XSLT

• Linux/Unix and shell scripting

Nice to Have

• InterSystems Ensemble / IRIS Interoperability

• FHIR

• Full-stack web development experience
