Full Stack Lead

Job Title: Full Stack Lead (WordPress, PHP, React.js)
Location: Burbank, CA or Orlando, FL (Onsite from Day 1)
Duration: Long Term

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Full Stack Lead with strong hands-on experience in WordPress, PHP, and React.js to design, develop, and support scalable web applications while leading a technical support/development team.

Mandatory Skills:

• WordPress, PHP, React.js

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• AWS, Git

Good to Have:

• AWS S3, Web Server Management, SSL Rotation

• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ticketing tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using WordPress, PHP, and React.js

• Build responsive UI using JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery

• Integrate APIs and third-party services; optimize performance and security

• Lead support and development teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and L3 delivery

• Perform code reviews, mentoring, and technical guidance

• Manage SLAs, incident resolution, proactive monitoring, and hyper-care support

• Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, product, application, and platform teams

• Act as a strong client-facing technical lead

Required Experience:

• 8+ years of Full Stack Development experience

• Strong expertise in WordPress (themes, plugins, REST API)

• PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Core PHP)

• React.js (Hooks, Redux, component-based architecture)

• MySQL, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum, SDLC

• Prior experience leading teams and supporting COTS/SaaS applications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
