Epic Orders/ClinDoc Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Epic ClinDoc & Orders Analyst to support a hospital-based Epic environment for a healthcare facility in Sarasota, FL. This is a long-term engagement through December 2026 with a hybrid schedule. The analyst will play a key role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing Epic ClinDoc and Orders workflows across inpatient and clinical settings.

Responsibilities:

• Support, configure, and optimize Epic ClinDoc and Orders modules in a hospital environment

• Participate in Epic implementation activities including build, testing, training, and go-live support

• Work closely with clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Epic workflows

• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing system support

• Collaborate with cross-functional Epic teams to ensure integrated clinical workflows

• Support upgrades, enhancements, and regulatory or quality-driven initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Epic ClinDoc and Orders Analyst

• Hands-on experience with Epic implementations in hospital settings

• Strong understanding of inpatient clinical workflows

• Ability to work independently in a hybrid delivery model

• Willingness to be onsite in Sarasota, FL one week per month
