6+ years of experience in US healthcare interoperability and health data exchange solutions.

Hands-on experience designing, configuring, and maintaining interfaces, workflows, templates, and rules.

Strong implementation and support experience with Epic Payer Platform, including clinical data exchange, member insights, electronic authorizations, ADTs, PAF, and claims exchange.

Proven ability to configure and customize Epic Payer Platform modules to support payer-specific workflows and business requirements.

Epic Payer Platform certification(s) with strong stakeholder collaboration and clear communication skills.
