Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Technology Consultant with deep expertise in business analysis, sales analytics, and healthcare data to support our National Sales and Engagement Team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge healthcare technology, analytics, and commercial strategy to deliver actionable insights and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate brings over a decade of experience in healthcare technology consulting, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven ability to influence decision-making across clinical, operational, and commercial stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic advisor to healthcare stakeholders and internal sales teams, translating business requirements into scalable analytics and technology solutions.

Design, develop, and implement analytics solutions supporting sales performance, customer engagement, and market expansion initiatives.

Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track sales trends, engagement metrics, pipeline health, and campaign effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, data engineering, sales operations, and leadership to deliver integrated, enterprise-ready solutions.

Analyze complex healthcare datasets (e.g., KPIF, Medicare, Medicaid) to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

Provide insights to improve sales targeting, territory optimization, account prioritization, and customer segmentation strategies.

Support CRM implementations, data integrations, and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce and BI tools).

Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and data governance standards, including HIPAA and HITECH.

Prepare and deliver clear, executive-level presentations and insights on a weekly and monthly cadence.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

10+ years of experience in healthcare technology or technical consulting roles.

5+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis and analytics, preferably supporting sales, marketing, or commercial teams.

Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Expertise in BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.

Experience working with healthcare data standards and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
