Job Description:

Support, configure, and optimize Epic HIM modules including Release of Information (ROI), Deficiency Tracking, Chart Completion, and Identity.

Provide Community Connect support for affiliate and partner organizations, acting as a liaison between host Epic teams and connected sites.

Analyze HIM workflows and recommend improvements to support compliance, efficiency, and data integrity.

Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, legal, and compliance teams to ensure accurate documentation and record lifecycle management.

Assist with Epic upgrades, enhancements, testing, and post-go-live support for Community Connect sites.
