Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Epic Wisdom implementation and configuration to align with organizational workflows.
Customize modules, enhance system usability, and optimize performance.
Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing system support.
Collaborate with IT, clinical, and business teams to improve processes and system efficiency.
Analyze and refine existing workflows to drive continuous improvement.
Support upgrades, new module rollouts, and integration with other Epic and healthcare systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience as an Application Analyst, with a focus on Epic Wisdom.
Epic Wisdom certification highly preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in healthcare IT or clinical environments a plus.
