MDM Stibo Release Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced MDM Stibo Release Engineer to join our team for a contract-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Master Data Management (MDM) and extensive hands-on experience with the Stibo STEP platform, particularly in development, integration, and release management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage project releases for MDM solutions built on Stibo STEP.

• Develop and maintain STEP WebUI configurations, Business Rules, Integrations, and Attribute Groups.

• Provide both implementation and production support for STEP-based solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data stewards, business analysts, and developers.

• Utilize best practices in source control, branching strategies, and versioning for STEP projects.

• Work in Agile environments, participating in daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Integrate STEP with external systems, including ERP platforms and APIs (MuleSoft experience preferred).

• Support ongoing upgrades and patching of the STEP platform.

Required Qualifications:

• 7–8 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) projects including implementation and production support.

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience with Stibo STEP development and release support.

• Strong expertise in:

  • STEP WebUI configuration

  • Business Rule creation and management

  • Integration design and implementation

  • Attribute Group and hierarchy setup

• Experience working across multiple data domains (e.g., Product, Customer, Supplier).

• Industry experience in Retail, Pharmaceutical, Banking & Finance, or Energy & Utilities.

• Familiarity with STEP source control and branching strategies.
