Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Configure and maintain Epic PB to support revenue cycle workflows.
2. Implement and optimize Community Connect integration.
Collaborate with billing teams to enhance claims processing and reconciliation.
3. Troubleshoot issues, support system upgrades, and train end-users.
4. Ensure compliance and generate financial reports.
Qualifications:
1. Epic PB Certification (Active or recent).
2. 6+ years of Epic PB experience with Community Connect.
3. Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management and Epic Resolute.
4. Experience with Epic Clarity, SQL, and reporting tools.
5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
