Job Description:
Job Title: Epic Interoperability Specialist
We are seeking an Epic Interoperability Specialist with expertise in health data exchange solutions to design, configure, and maintain systems that ensure seamless data exchange across platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Epic Payer Platform, including Clinical Data Exchange, ADTs (Admit, Discharge, Transfer), Claims, Member Insights, and PAF (Prior Authorization Form).
Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and maintain interoperability solutions to facilitate data exchange between Epic and external systems, including payers and other healthcare providers.

Implement and customize Epic Payer Platform modules to optimize clinical data exchange and support payer-provider interactions.

Work closely with stakeholders, including clinical teams and technical experts, to ensure data flows smoothly and meets regulatory requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Epic Payer Platform integration and ensure effective data exchange for clinical, financial, and administrative workflows.

Provide technical communication and support to ensure the smooth implementation and operation of interoperability solutions across healthcare systems.
Key Skills:

Proficiency in designing, configuring, and maintaining health data exchange solutions.

Experience with Epic Payer Platform (Clinical Data Exchange, ADTs, Claims, Member Insights, PAF, etc.).

Strong experience in implementing and customizing Epic Payer Platform modules.

Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and communicate effectively across technical and clinical teams.

Epic certification(s) in the Payer Platform is a plus!
