Job Description:
Job Title: Epic Technical Specialist
We are seeking an Epic-certified Technical Specialist to build and support the following modules for the new DSOHF EHR: EpicCare Inpatient - Clinical Documentation (including Secure Chat & Rover), Clinical Case Management, and Long-Term Care. Only Epic-certified candidates will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary support contact for Epic modules.

Develop, configure, script, test, and support applications for business and operational functions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Epic applications.

Guide workflow design, build, and system testing.

Collaborate with end-users and Epic staff to implement changes and updates.

Participate in project team meetings and maintain communication with Epic representatives.

Review project status with leadership and ensure milestones are met.
Requirements:

Epic certification (required).

Strong experience with Epic modules: Clinical Documentation, Clinical Case Management, and Long-Term Care.

Behavioral Health certification is a plus.
