Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior EHR Access BI Developer with Epic Cogito Fundamentals and Access Data Model certification to support business intelligence development for an EHR build project. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Epic analytics tools, SQL, and data modeling to create, modify, and optimize reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Configure and test Epic-released and Foundation System content for various applications, including Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, Radar dashboards, and Cogito SQL.

Develop reports and dashboards to extract Epic data from Chronicles, Clarity, and Caboodle.

Write SQL queries and configure Radar settings for custom SQL metrics.

Modify and optimize existing reports as needed.

Ensure validity and accuracy of analytics content through peer reviews.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand data needs and reporting requirements.

Distribute analytics content to end users and provide technical support as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
✅ Epic Certification in Cogito Fundamentals and Access Data Model.
✅ Strong experience in Epic EHR business intelligence development.
✅ Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
✅ Experience working with Epic analytics tools, including Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, and Radar dashboards.
✅ Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
✅ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
