Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced professional with extensive expertise in healthcare IT systems, particularly focusing on HL7, FHIR, and healthcare data interoperability standards. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, knowledge of Azure services, and experience in implementing FHIR-based solutions to expose clinical and claims data through APIs.
Requirements:

5-7 years of experience in healthcare application architecture, specifically in FHIR, HL7, and CCDA standards.

Expertise in FHIR resources, profiles, and implementation guides.

Strong programming skills in .Net, C#, Node JS, and Python.

Experience with Azure FHIR APIs, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Health Services.

Knowledge of Azure services including API Management (APIM), Azure Storage, Azure Data Factory, Key Vault, and network security.

Familiarity with Azure identity and access management (IAM), including Azure Active Directory (AAD).

Ability to design and implement solutions to integrate FHIR with EHR systems.

Certification in HL7 is preferred.
Responsibilities:

Design and implement FHIR-based solutions for clinical and claims data exchange.

Collaborate with clients to define the architecture of FHIR data infrastructure.

Stay updated on CMS mandates and advancements in the FHIR domain.

Lead development and deployment of FHIR APIs using Azure services.
