Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, support, and maintain system configurations and documentation.
  • Provide application support and troubleshoot issues reported via the help desk.
  • Ensure compliance with system configuration and change control standards.
  • Collaborate with end users, customers, and business partners for system improvements.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to workflow enhancements.
  • Lead small to medium Epic software upgrades and workflow optimizations.
  • Develop reports using third-party tools to display Clarity data.

Qualifications:

  • Certification in an Epic application (EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient, OpTime, Willow, etc.).
  • Experience with full-cycle Epic implementation and optimization.
  • Ability to coordinate projects and teams effectively.
  • Clinical background or licensure preferred.
  • Eligible to work as an Epic consultant without restrictions.
  • Current certification in Cadence, ADT, HIM, Resolute Billing, or Tapestry is a plus.
