Job Title: Senior Security Engineer (Ping Engineer)
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6+ Months Contract

We are looking for an experienced Senior Security Engineer to join our IAM (Identity and Access Management) Engineering team. This position will focus on engineering solutions, not operations, and requires deep expertise in Ping Identity products. If you have a strong background in IAM, SSO, MFA, and directory services, and have hands-on experience with PingFederate, PingOne, PingAccess, and related tools, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions using Ping Identity products like PingFederate, PingOne, PingAccess, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security features such as SSO (Single Sign-On), MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), and directory services.
Work on complex security engineering challenges and design solutions that align with best practices.
Develop and implement secure identity and access management systems and protocols to protect sensitive data and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IAM systems.
Provide expertise and guidance in the deployment of security features and technologies.

Key Qualifications:

Experience: 8+ years of experience in security engineering, with a focus on IAM solutions.
Ping Identity Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ping Identity products, including PingFederate, PingOne, PingAccess, etc.
IAM Expertise: Strong background in IAM, SSO, MFA, and security protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML).
Programming Skills: Experience with programming (Java preferred).
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative security solutions.
Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.

Additional Skills (Nice to Have):

Familiarity with cloud-based IAM platforms and services.
Experience in troubleshooting, optimizing, and securing large-scale IAM deployments.
Knowledge of security best practices, protocols, and frameworks.
Familiarity with modern identity management trends and technologies.
