Job Description:

Responsibilities:
-Assess business needs and configure EPIC PB and HIM systems.
-Provide expertise, troubleshoot issues, and support daily operations.
-Conduct system testing, implementation, and training.
-Ensure HIPAA compliance and workflow optimization.

Qualifications:
-EPIC PB Certification required.
-5+ years in EPIC PB configuration and support.
-Strong understanding of healthcare billing and regulations.
-Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
-Experience with EPIC MyChart, Ambulatory, and data analysis.
-Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
