ClinDCast is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare IT Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of healthcare IT systems, with a particular focus on business requirements, client needs, and most importantly, driving sales opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Process and Technology Alignment

Analyze and document sales workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
Collaborate with sales and IT teams to implement and maintain CRM systems.
Ensure seamless integration of CRM with EHR/EMR systems and other sales tools.

Customer and Market Analysis

Conduct market research to uncover potential clients, industry trends, and competitor insights.
Provide actionable insights into customer needs to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
Partner with the marketing team to align sales strategies with targeted campaigns effectively.
