Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Conduct data profiling to identify and resolve issues before data integration.
Create functional specifications by collaborating with business and technical teams.
Prepare detailed mapping documents with joins, filters, and rankings for development and QA.
Present draft data models and ensure alignment with business needs.
Perform UAT and business validation using SQL scripts.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in BSA/technical roles, with 3+ years in data warehousing and 5+ years in SQL.
Strong knowledge of healthcare domain and data warehouse projects (sourcing/outbound extracts preferred).
Expertise in source-to-target mapping, gap analysis, and data profiling.
Proficiency in RDBMS concepts and advanced SQL.
