- Support data center projects and daily operational tasks.
- Bring FireEye NX appliances into service.
- Deploy Symantec DLP detection servers on Windows OS.
- Ensure compliance with company standards during implementation.
- Interpret technical requirements and create detailed task lists.
- Create and validate technical service requests and documentation.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and engineering teams.
- Preferred experience with Sumo Logic, SIEM integration, and ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
