Job Description:

Experience in configuring and maintaining the Epic Beaker system to support laboratory and clinical workflows.

Able to provide technical support and training to end users for effective system utilization and continuously improve system performance and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards through system testing and quality assurance and work with interdisciplinary teams to address user requirements and concerns.

Experience in laboratory workflows and clinical operations.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills and familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulations.
