Job Description:

FHIR Architect

Experience in designing and implementing FHIR-based solutions.

Experience with FHIR Implementation Guide (IG), FHIR Profiles, Extensions, and Resources.

Experience in designing architecture diagrams from FHIR profiles defined by CARIN/Da Vinci.

Strong understanding of healthcare data exchange, interoperability, and healthcare standards (HL7, CDA, FHIR).

Experience in creating technical documentation, including FHIR profiles, implementation guides, and architecture diagrams.

Experience with healthcare IT systems and EHR platforms.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure FHIR implementations meet technical requirements and standards.

Ensure scalability, security, and performance of FHIR implementations.

Establish and enforce FHIR governance policies, guidelines, and best practices.

Experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and tools for cloud-based development and deployment.
