Job#:1044 - EHR Data Conversion Specialist

Job Description:

Experience with data structures and schema of both the Athena and Meditech systems.
Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and clinical teams to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy and completeness during the migration process.
Create and maintain documentation related to data migration procedures, methodologies, and progress reports.
Experience with Design and implement efficient ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to transfer data from Athena to Meditech.
Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the migration process, performing data validation and reconciliation as needed.
Monitor and troubleshoot any data migration issues, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks proactively.
Good Understanding of healthcare data standards and compliance (e.g., HL7, HIPAA).
Develop and execute test cases to validate the migrated data's accuracy and functionality within the Meditech system.
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure patient data privacy and adherence to regulatory requirements during the migration.
